GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS IN FRANCE

Price:

Our prices are out of taxes in Euro, net without discount, plus postage and packaging.

Our supplies are invoiced at the prices in effect at the time of delivery, carriage paid and packaging

In metropolitan France from 500 Euros net. We cannot accept orders under 250 Euros excluding VAT.

For any order between 250 Euros and 500 Euros excluding VAT, a shipping and packaging package of 15 Euros excluding VAT will be invoiced.

Acceptance:

Orders sent by our agents or representatives, or sent directly by our customers, are binding on us only subject to our acceptance. . In any case, the conditions of our customers can not be opposed to our conditions of sale.

PLACING AN ORDER IMPLIES ACCEPTANCE OF OUR CONDITIONS WITHOUT RESERVATION. We do not accept any return of merchandise unless otherwise agreed in writing by us.

Deadlines:

The deadlines are given only as an indication and without obligation on our part. If they are exceeded, they cannot result in compensation or late payment penalties.

Transport :

All our goods travel at the risk and peril of the recipient, even those shipped carriage paid. It is the recipient’s responsibility to make all reservations and to exercise recourse if necessary with the carrier.

Payment :

Our goods are payable, after acceptance, 30 DAYS END OF MONTH from the date of the invoice or upon departure of the goods, net discount. For any postponement, a fee of 0.5% per day will be applied. ANY ORDER IMPLIED ACCEPTANCE OF OUR CONDITIONS. By express agreement, and unless a postponement requested in time and granted by us, failure to pay for our supplies by the due date will result in:

  • • Immediate payability of all outstanding amounts, regardless of the method (by draft or not).
  • • The liability, by way of damages and penalty clause, of compensation equal to 8% of the sums due in addition to legal interest and possible legal costs.

Competence :

No complaint will be accepted after one month of receipt of the goods. In the event of a dispute, the Bordeaux Commercial Court has sole jurisdiction, regardless of the reservations made on this subject by the customer. Our drafts or acceptances of payment do not derogate from this jurisdiction clause.

Retention of title:

The company remains the owner of the goods delivered until full payment of the price and, if applicable, of its accessories. However, the purchaser assumes full and entire responsibility for the goods upon delivery.

Responsibility :

It is limited, in the event of a dispute, to the replacement of the goods without any compensation. Mure & Peyrot reserves the right at any time to improve the products in its range.
