R&D – PRODUCTION
INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
Injection molding machines are used to manufacture plastic parts for knives.
We have 5 injection molding machines, including one for manufacturing bi-material parts.
THERMOFORMING MACHINE
The thermoforming machine is used to package the products.
3D PRINTERS
Our 3D printers enable us to produce prototypes for knives, as well as the manufacture of special parts.
DUROMETER
The durometer isused to check blade hardness.
PROFILOMETER
The inspection microscope is used to check blade dimensions.
ENGINEERING OFFICE
Quality controls are carried out in the maintenance workshop.
